Sully`s Ice Cream Stand in Chelmsford

I go nowhere but Sully's for picking up an ice cream around the area.

The ice cream is delicious. There’s free parking, though the lot is very crowded at times. They make a variety of ice cream dishes, and they also pack for people to take home. There are tables to enjoy your food, and this seems to be a nice community gathering place. However, the lines can be long and slow, and it really annoys me that they only take cash.

The best homemade ice cream I've ever had, and I live in Vermont. I used to live nearby and haven't found anything better in the years since. It was super reasonably priced and delicious! Even my most discerning friends were impressed with this place. Nice seating area though parking can be funky because they are so popular and busy! Plan to spend some time in line because of this as well - luckily they have plenty of options and products to peruse :)

Great flavors and service. I do wish they accepted credit cards, but they have an ATM on site, so cash isn't that much of a problem.

There are tons of flavors, even lactose-free and dairy-free (coconut milk) options. The servings are also huge and the prices are great. Just make sure to bring cash or be prepared to use their ATM.

I travel 45 minutes to go to Sully's Best ice cream ! Great flavors,many to choose from . I love the coffee ice cream frappe and so reasonably priced. I have had their hot dogs and grilled cheese in the past, great for a quick lunch/supper.You can buy ice cream by the pint or quart,very generous servings Just remember cash onlyVery well marked for Covid 19

I have been going to Sully's since I was little because it is my mothers all time absolute favorite absolute ice cream stand. Every time we'd go would be an absolute treat!! They have the BEST moose tracks ice cream I have ever tasted in my entire life, and my father loves their ginger ice cream, but my mother is a diehard fan of their coconut chip ice cream. Now my kids love going to Sully's, but most of all my mother loves spoiling her grandchildren, sugaring them up on their favorite seasonal ice cream, and then watch me struggle trying to put them to bed!!!!

I am dairy free and this is one of the best dairy ice cream I have had plus amazing service and good changes to fit your diet

The ice cream was delicious. I brought my elderly mother on a 90 degree day. The service was quick. People socially distanced and more masks while picking up their ice cream. We were able to sit on a bench in the woods. The ice cream was on the melty side even when scooped due to the heat. It was creamy.

Always tasty. Good prices on grilled cheese if you want to make it a meal for little ones. Also super nice with dropped ice cream.

Strict social distancing and mask rules made us feel safe. Cash only. Ice cream flavors were delicious and serving sizes were VERY generous.

Today I stopped by Sully’s to grab a raspberry chocolate chip ice cream which they make it super delicious. I had only one bite before dropping it as I was rushing back to my car in the rain.. so I went back to buy another one of the same flavor as I could not get the taste out of my head ! The girl at the counter told me I can have the second ice cream for free since I dropped the first one...I think that was very nice of her and it meant a lot to me. I will def go back there next time. Not only the ice cream tastes so good at Sully’s but I had very good experience. Totally recommended.

Only two items were tried : pineapple sorbet and peach ice cream. Still have at least 50 to100 other flavors to sample. But definitely worth multiple return trips. Friendly staff and small stand.

The ice cream is as delicious as always. They have clearly marked distancing procedures in place, and it was a great experience.

The flavor list is very extensive and they taste fantastic, while the serving sizes are very large. The prices are also very low for how much you get. So far the best ice cream I've had so far. The only problem is that it is cash only, but that is easily solved by an ATM.

Traditional older stand, consistently some of the best ice cream anywhere. Easy to get there from routes 3 and 4, long season and daily hours.
